Brentwood TN Homes for sale – June 2020 market update – the virus has kept a lot of potential listings off the market and new construction homes are getting sold before they are finished in most cases. But the impact on closings for the month of May was significant with a 52% reduction in closings. If the market conditions had any impact of the price of homes, the statistics did not show it because the year of year prices were up an average per square foot were up 4%. Pending sales are almost even with available properties so it looks like June will be the opposite of May as far as number of closings are concerned.

Brentwood is located directly south of Nashville and is just minutes from the Nashville International airport as well as businesses and recreational activities in downtown Nashville.
