But the impact on closings for the month of May was significant with a 52% reduction in closings. If the market conditions had any impact of the price of homes, the statistics did not show it because the year of year prices were up an average per square foot were up 4%. Pending sales are almost even with available properties so it looks like June will be the opposite of May as far as number of closings are concerned.

• 140 homes are currently under contract waiting to close
• 166 Brentwood homes are listed in the Nashville MLS as available for purchase
• the median size of homes sold was 4227 square feet
• the average days on market for homes sold was 27 days
• the list price to sales price ratio for homes sold in May was 98.5%
