Nashville Real Estate Sales for June 2011– 2031 closings for the month of June with 1708 Nashville homes and 225 Nashville condos closing for the month. The median residential price for a single-family home during June was $176,300,compared to $181,312 in June of 2011. The median sales price for a condominium it was $150,000, compared to $145,000 in June of 2010.

In my opinion, the market for Nashville real estate has been stable for the last year, and inventory levels have been decreasing on a month to month basis. The median price on homes sold in Nashville is down 2 percent but in Franklin and Brentwood, the median prices are up. So as a buyer, you can expect to pay a very similar price to what you would have paid last year or the year before. The only problem buyers are having is finding a suitable home with the reduction in inventory.

Murfreesboro real estate Sales for June 2011 – With 233 homes sold in the month of June, It’s no surprise that the Murfreesboro real estate market is active during the summer. The average price of homes sold was $177,947 and the average size of homes sold was 2085 square feet. The average days on market was an extremely low 79 days and 225 homes are currently pending. In my opinion, the Murfreesboro real estate market is moving quickly to a sellers market.
