Sylvan park homes - is one of the downtown Nashville communities that’s been the providing a steady stream of older homes in varied stages of renovation. The location close to West end and I-440 make for very quick commuting to downtown offices and Vanderbilt. Sylvan Park homes range in price from around $200,000 to over $600,000, and in size from 1000 square feet to over 5000 square feet. In a lot of the more expensive homes, they are usually new, with an older home being torn down because it was beyond repair, and a new one built on the existing lot. Sylvan Park homes are popular because it has a very good location close to downtown, and some of the lots in Sylvan Park are very large by modern standards.
