You can still purchase a nice home in Murfreesboro for less than it would cost in Franklin or Brentwood, and at the same price as Spring Hill or Mount Juliet. I advise my customers to make the decision based on where you work, and the commute time involved. If you work in downtown Nashville, the right choice might be Murfreesboro, but if you work in Cool Springs, or Hendersonville, Murfreesboro doesn’t seem to be the best option.
