That’s an increase of 16% over the number of homes sold last August, and an increase in median sales price of 7%. The inventory level of Nashville homes is down 14% compared to last August and the absorption rate is down to 3 months.  Nashville home buyers need to expect that most good homes get offers the first day on market sometimes with multiple offers. Nashville real estate is in a sellers market.
