Williamson County Homes Market Report for November 2011 – What we are seeing here in a rapidly recovering real estate market with increasing sales and decreasing inventory. Williamson County homes sales increased 12 percent in November over the previous year with 201 closings compared to 179. The average sales price was almost the same as last year at $423,206 compared to $423,561, and the days on market was 94 compared to 104 last year. The availablility of homes in inventory was reduced from 2144 last year to 1922 this year, a reduction of 12 percent.
Williamson county condo sales have recovered significantly with 28 closings compared to 15 last November and an increase in average price from $192,585 to $222,978 or a 16 percent increase.

- 42 Brentwoood homes sold at an average of $589,874
- 27 Spring hill homes sold at $228,873 average
- 18 Thompsons station homes sold at an average of $263,648
- 15 Nolensville homes were sold at an average of $323,376
- 6 homes sold in Fairview at an average of $165,150
Williamson county home sales continue to show strength relative to the rest of the market due to outstanding Williamson county schools and a great quality of life.
