Nashville homes sales increased 20 Percent with 1,592 closings reported for the month of November, compared to 1,326 closings reported for the same period last year. Nashville home prices increase 1.5 percent to a median price of $167,500 compared to $165,000 last November. More importantly the inventory of Nashville homes continues to decline to 11,972 homes compared to 13,598 last November, a decline of 14 percent. The laws of supply and demand are starting to show and prices will continue to rise as long as inventory levels decline and demand stays contstant or increases.
