I received this in my feedback mail on one of my websites yesterday, and I thought it was interesting enough to share.
“I have been watching for you to add my home to your posts! Please post, I noticed our neighbor’s home on your list also.”We put it on the market June 8 with another agent, and the address is (I’ll leave this out to protect the innocent)
I didn’t call the lady, because it’s too late now, but I just have to wonder why she follows my posts, and see’s that her neighbors homes are here, but she lists her home with someone else. what could she have been thinking, and does she now regret her decision after going for 3 weeks without an offer in a really hot sellers market. Anyone who’s selling a Brentwood home or Franklin home right now and doesn’t get a good offer in the first 7 days is probably overpriced, or getting bad representation.

I’d like to say I don’t get some people, but the reality is I don’t get a lot of people and this is a prime example why.
