Avalon homeAvalon Homes Market Report for January 2012 – Only one Avalon home sold in the month of January at a price of $350,000 so it’s pretty easy to calculate average prices and sizes. 15 Avalon homes are currently listed in the Nashville MLS as available for purchase including the 13,310 square foot home at the top of King Richards ct that belongs to famous artist. To give you a better idea of the property values in Avalon, the last 12 months 19 homes sold at an average price of $517,601 with the most expensive being $1,850,000 and the least expensive being $341,709. Avalon is split into several sections, most of them gated, but the extate lots on the top of the hills have fantastic views of Franklin and Cool Springs.
