Why did you chose Benchmark Realty when you can work anywhere? I usually get this question from customers who are relocating from other areas that don’t have a Benchmark office (it’s based out of Franklin TN), and I love to talk about it.
When I decided to move my business to Benchmark realty 4 years ago, I did it because the business model was perfect for me, and my customers. First of all the business model is designed for experienced agents. If you aren’t selling homes, you can’t get in the door. For me, that means I don’t spend a lot of my time helping other agents in the office when I should be helping my customers. It also means that when I have the opportunity to work on a transaction with another Benchmark agent, I know that it will have a lot less drama because they have years of experience.
The knowledge base of the agents is incredible and I can usually get an answer about anything related to real estate in just a matter of minutes.
