Almost all of the new homes in Franklin have been purchased, and the builders have cut back significantly on the amount of inventory of finished homes they have. While searching the Franklin MLS today, I noticed that 233 new Franklin homes are listed, but only 65 are completed. Some Franklin homes haven’t even been started, and will not be completed until spring of 2020.

If you plan to Buy a New house in Franklin Tn in the future, don’t wait too long to get started. More than likely you will have make your selections, put down your deposit, and wait.

Make sure your buyers agent (hopefully the Brewer Team), knows the financial situation of the builder. More than one person has lost their deposit while their builder filed for bankruptcy. It’s my job to stop that from happening.
