I’ll try to keep this a running document of things to do while in Nashville, even if you are a native like I am, lots of new and old places are waiting to be discovered. This past fathers day, I attended the Frist museum on Broadway to see the art deco car collection. Also on exhibit was a vast collection of early south American artifacts. I was able to take pictures of the cars, but they were not allowing anyone to take pictures of the artifacts(I’m not sure why).
The Frist Museum was once a post office building and built in 1934, and from the outside, little has changed, but it’s a great place to display art collections. Located at 910 Broadway, next the Union Station hotel (it was once the train station), it’s easy to find and a great place to spend a few hours.
