Franklin TN homes for sale – Most of the closings for April were for homes that were under contract before we had any virus concerns, so they were still quite active. Expect a considerable reduction in sales in the next month, but not a reduction in prices. Sellers are not in a hurry to list their homes at this time and most are waiting it out to improve their chances of getting top dollar.  Interest rates were very volatile during the end of March and beginning of April, but they are back down to less than 4% for most loans at this time. I understand that loans over $1,000,000 are a little more difficult if you are in that market.

• 201 homes close during the month of March, up slightly over the same month last year at 195
• 208 homes are currently under contract at this time
• the average sales price for Franklin TN homes sold during the month of March was $616,241 at $210 per square foot
• the list price to sales price ratio for March was 100%
