• the median sales price for Franklin homes sold during the month of March was $714,000 compared to  $545,000 last year an increase of 31%
• the median price per square foot for homes sold was $226 up 14.7% over the last 12 months
• the list price to sales price ratio for homes sold in March was 102.4%
