Franklin Homes sales increased 40% percent in November of 2012 compared to November of last year. The median price of homes in Franklin had a slight increase from $346,750 to $355,495 and the days on market is down to 69 days. With only 691 Franklin Tn Homes currently listed in the MLS, the absorption rate based on November sales is down to 4.9 months. With 212 pending sales, I expect December to be another busy month.
