Burkitt Place is located on the border of Williamson county and Davidson county just north of Nolensville and east of Brentwood. The appeal of Burkitt place is new construction homes with easy access to I-65 at Concord road, and I-24 at Old hickory blvd, making commuting to either Nashville, Brentwood, Cool Springs, Murfreesboro, or Smyrna fairly easy. The prices of homes in Burkitt place range from $229,000 to over $350,000. The homes on the Williamson county side of the neighborhood will be the more expensive. Burkitt Place has become very popular with 18 homes closing in the first 9 months of 2011 at an average price of $296,532.
