Nashville Equestrian Property and homes with land seem to be moving just as fast as ever. Just south of Nashville in Franklin and Williamson county it is still fairly common to find nice homes on 5 to 20 acres of land. The most common use for these small ranges is to keep horses. think most people realize that the land will become harder to come by in the future. If you are interested in acquiring a home with land, Williamson county is still probably the best place to invest your money. That is, if you don’t mind having neighbors like the Judds, Tanya Tucker, Kix Brooks, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, George Jones, and all their friends.
