4 – Nashboro Village with 36 closings- an older development on Murfreesboro road a few miles south of the airport, Nashboro Village townhouses are build around and near the Nashboro Village golf course.
3- River Plantation with 61 closings – located in Bellevue on the west side of Nashville, River Plantation townhouses are priced between $130,000 and $200,000. Be very careful as some of these condos were caught in the big Nashville flood of 2010 and may require flood insurance or have had structure issues due to the flood.
