Nashville Homes for Sale and October 2014 Market Update – sales of Nashville homes increased 18% during the month of September compared to September of 2013 and sales of Nashville condos increased 21 percent during the same period. The median price of Nashville homes increased 8% during the last 12 months to $211,400.
