Popular Nashville Neighborhoods

Nashville The top Nashville neighborhoods for Nashville homes based on recent sales

As you can see by the statistics, the newer developments in Franklin are still some of the busiest in the Nashville area, however a fairly recent trend in Nashville is taking place in east Nashville with older homes being demolished and replaced with newer homes on the same lot. Sometimes two new homes replace one old home on the same lot. It’s bringing young professionals into old neighborhoods, and causing some people to question these changes. I tend to think it’s a great improvement, and the city needs to get behind it instead of restricting it. The schools are still some of the worst in Tennessee, as they have been for many decades. Call me if you want to start a discussion on the merits of which area is best for your needs.

Comments

  1. Larry – This is excellent information and the newer communities in my area seem to be the most popular too.

  2. This might be surprising to some who are visiting Nashville, but It’s really spread out and most of the more popular neighborhoods are in Williamson county with the exception of Providence in Mt Juliet. I don’t think that’s going to change because the taxes, schools, and quality of life in Williamson county make it very attractive for families.
