Nashville homes The top Nashville neighborhoods for Nashville homes based on recent sales

Providence in Mt Juliet and Westhaven in Franklin are the two with the most sales of new construction homes, but east Nashville has become a very busy place with rehabs and tear downs on almost every street it seems. It’ great for young professionals who work downtown, but when schools are important, it’s time to get out of the city. Some are resisting the changes going on, as is always the case with progress, I tend to think most of it’s good. But when developers tear down 100 year old buildings on music row in the middle of the night, you know that they are doing something wrong.

I can help you find your Nashville dream home no matter what your need might be. Give me a call and lets talk about it. 615-512-7853

This might be surprising to some who are visiting Nashville, but It’s really spread out and most of the more popular neighborhoods are in Williamson county with the exception of Providence in Mt Juliet. I don’t think that’s going to change because the taxes, schools, and quality of life in Williamson county make it very attractive for families.
