Cottonwood is a great family community located on the north side of Franklin Tennessee with homes sized from 1700 square feet to over 3500 square feet, and in price from $300,000 to over $450,000. Cottonwood homes were built from the 1970′s to the mid 1980′s, so along with established yards and mature trees, you have older home styles that may require a little more maintenance.
With soccer fields, a community pool, and acres of greenspace, Cottonwood is a great family community. Did I mention that the schools zoned for Cottonwood are some of the best in Franklin.
