- The governors club with 32 closings for the year. The average home sold in the Governors club was $984,087 and the average size was 6,220 square ft. The governors club is a gated golf course community with estate homes from $700,000 to over $6,000,000.
- Annandale - 15 closings of new custom homes on the northern edge of Williamson county, homes in Annandale averaged $1,068,268 and 5204 square feet.
- Brookfield with 36 closings. Brookfield is a Beazer community with homes ranging in rice form $400,000 to over $600,000. The average sales price for 2011 was $470,861
- Fountainbrooke with 14 closings. Fountainbrooke is a community of mostly custom homes ranging in price from $400,000 to over $700,000, the average price for 2011 was $504,159
- Taramore with 25 closings. Taramore is a John Wieland community with new homes priced from $489,900 to $700,000. The average price for 2011 was $659,093
- Whetstone with 20 closings – Whetstone is a Pulte neighborhood with prices from $500,000 to $640,000, the average price for 2011 as $515,238, and the average size was 3876 square feet
- Brenthaven with 19 closings – Brenthaven is an older Brentwood neighborhood close to the Brentwood Library and Ymca at concord road. Older ranch style homes are common with acre lots. some of the homes have been remodeled and some are in need of work. The prices of homes in Brenthaven averaged $280,446.
- Courtside at southern woods with 22 closings – affordable home on the east side of Brentwood with great schools, the average price of homes sold in Courtside in 2011 was $393,283
- Princeton hills with 15 closings – Custom homes with a fantastic location across from Brentwood high school. Princeton hill homes averaged $1,115,075 and 6812 square feet in 2011
- Windstone with 11 closings – Windstone is a Southern Land development on Murray lane built on land previously known as the Eddie Arnold ranch. Homes in Windstone averaged $732,409.
- Kings crossing with 13 closings – new homes averaged $529,772
652 Brentwood homes have closed during 2011 with the average price of homes sold being $581,911 and the average size being 4183 square feet. The average days on market for sold Brentwood homes was 96, and the average list price to sales price ratio was 95.7%.
