When having lunch on the Governors Club. I would recommend the grouper at the club house. it’s fantastic. For those who are fortunate enough to live in the Governors club, it’s nice to be able to eat great food and watch the activity on the golf course, at least when the weather is favorable. I was having lunch with Linda Seaton to discuss the recent activity in community, and plan a strategy to help our clients get their homes sold as efficiently as possible.
So far, for the first 8 months of 2011, 20 Governors club homes have sold at an average price of $990,625 with the average of homes sold being 6430 square feet.
